After moving to North London & trying various salons in Muswell Hill & Highgate I now travel back to Wimbledon as Hale Hair Boutique is the best salon for blondes/highlights and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. I was very nervous when I went in, I had hair well past my shoulders, very thin and frizzy, but I wanted something very different, I was made to feel welcome and was even offered a hug! Courtney listened to all my concerns and after confirming exactly what I wanted, she did her magic, she didn't talk to me too much, which was exactly what I wanted. I came out with short hair almost exactly as the picture I showed her, much more body and curl. I had three compliments that same day that I looked younger..result! I really love it. Thank you.

When I can I like to use local companies so when I wanted a new hair style I made an appointment with Hale Hair Boutique. I arrived a bit early and was greeted by a friendly young woman, she made me feel welcome and offered me a hot drink. Very quickly I was greeted by Jasmin, I went through my requirements, she listened to me and offered advice and guidance on what would work for me. Again I was put at ease offered a hot drink, shampoo was lovely as was the head massage. We swiftly moved on to the cut and restyle stage. Jasmin explained as she went along, giving me side and back views with the mirror so I could judge how it was progressing, so there were no surprises. The restyle was very versatile and gives me many options if I want to tweak or adapt it, which is brilliant.
I felt in very good hands with Jasmin and while the salon was busy it was quite a calm and soothing experience for me which is a hard thing to achieve given the noise hair dryers produce but Jasmin managed it. I haven't been to a Hair Salon since the covid pandemic in 2019 so it was a lovely experience for me, a bit nervous at first but I needn't have worried it was a good return to normality for me. I left feeling a million dollars and I'll definitely be back. Thank you to Jasmin and to the young woman who greeted me. Some of the Wimbledon High St hair establishments could learn a lot from how Hale Hair Boutique welcomes clients, as in the past I've found them to be somewhat snooty rather than welcoming.
