Courtney brings over 17 years of professional experience to Hale Hair Boutique, beginning her career in South Africa at just 18 years old. With a strong passion for colour, she has built a reputation for delivering consistently beautiful, bespoke results tailored to each client.

As our Executive Stylist and in-salon Redken Colour specialist, Courtney is highly skilled in advanced colour techniques, including balayage, highlights, and seamless colour transformations. She has an exceptional eye for tone, depth, and placement, ensuring every result is both modern and effortlessly wearable.

While Courtney is confident across all areas of hairdressing, her true expertise lies in creating refined, high-end colour work that enhances her clients’ natural features and personal style. Her precision cutting, including pixie cuts and sharp, structured shapes, perfectly complements her colour work.

Billie, Signature Stylist

Billie brings over 16 years of experience to Hale Hair Boutique, beginning her career in the salon at just 14 years old. She completed her apprenticeship through the prestigious Saks Hair and Beauty Academy, building a strong foundation across all aspects of hairdressing.

Renowned for her versatility and attention to detail, Billie is highly skilled across cutting, colouring, and styling. She has a particular expertise in hair extensions, specialising in creating seamless, natural-looking results that blend effortlessly and enhance both length and volume.

Hair is truly her passion, and she takes great pride in helping clients feel confident and beautiful. Billie is dedicated to understanding each client’s vision and bringing it to life with care, precision, and a personalised approach.

Her warm, genuine nature ensures every client feels comfortable, valued, and leaves the salon feeling their absolute best.

Mirela, Stylist

Mirela completed her Level 3 Hairdressing qualification in 2022 and has been working in a salon environment since 2023, gaining valuable hands-on experience and building her confidence behind the chair. She is truly passionate about her career and knew early on that hairdressing was the path she wanted to pursue.

In February 2025, Mirela further developed her skills by attending an advanced cutting course in London, showing her commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest techniques.

She particularly enjoys creating beautiful balayage, smooth blow-dries, and soft curls using straighteners. Mirela takes great pride in making her clients feel happy, confident, and well cared for, and she feels incredibly grateful to do what she loves every day.

Jasmin, Master Stylist

Jasmin brings over 14 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, combining technical expertise with a genuine passion for client care. With a strong background in all aspects of hair, as well as assessing and mentoring, she is a highly trusted and knowledgeable member of the team.

Jasmin is known for her warm, welcoming nature and her ability to create a calm, enjoyable salon experience. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual style and needs, ensuring every result feels both personal and beautifully tailored. She is also highly skilled in hair extensions, creating natural, seamless results that enhance length, volume, and overall finish.

Yvonne, Master Stylist

Yvonne brings over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, with a true passion for delivering beautiful, personalised results. She is dedicated to continuous learning and regularly updates her skills through advanced training with leading professional brands such as L’Oréal and Wella.

Esmarie, Master Stylis

A familiar face to many, Esmarie brings a wealth of experience and refined skill to Hale Hair Boutique. She qualified as a hairstylist in 2006 after training full-time at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon, graduating top of her class.

Esmarie quickly progressed to Senior Stylist level, where she developed a reputation for her precision, attention to detail, and consistently high standards. Her strong technical foundation allows her to deliver beautifully tailored results across both cutting and colour.

Esmarie brings a calm, confident approach to the salon, creating a professional yet relaxed experience for every client. She takes pride in delivering results that leave her clients feeling polished, refreshed, and truly looked after.
